Why Choose Poppy’s Dog School?
Positive Reinforcement
Training should be enjoyable for both dogs and people. Our methods are force-free, reward-based, and tailored to your dog’s personality and learning style.
Positive Reinforcement
Building a Positive Relationship
Using reward-based training teaches your dog that good things happen around you and you are fun to be around. This positive relationship grows stronger the more training you do. This method is much less stressful for dog and people than using tools or harsh handling methods.
Ongoing Support
Once you join one of the group classes or training memberships, you will have access to free support and guidance from a trainer in between sessions. Puppy blues are a common experience in new puppy parents - we can help you get through it with confidence.
Supportive and Friendly Environment
Training should be enjoyable for both dogs and people. Our methods are force-free, reward-based, and tailored to your dog’s personality and learning style.
Training sessions are relaxed and supportive so that people and dogs can learn without stress or fear. If you have any health conditions which require adaptations to your training we can tailor sessions to your needs.
Practical Everyday Training
Training sessions focus on real-world behaviours so you can enjoy calmer walks, better recall, and improved confidence in everyday situations.
