Puppy Training Class FAQ
When does your next puppy class start?
Our next course begins on Saturday 22nd August 2026 at 9am. Spaces are limited so book now to secure your spot!
Where are you located?
Our group classes are held in Newmarket. For one-to-one training and dog walking, we also cover Red Lodge, Thetford, Mildenhall and the surrounding areas.
How old does my puppy need to be?
Puppies can join our classes as soon as they have been cleared by a vet after their vaccinations. Starting early helps build up their confidence for life.
How many dogs are in each class?
We keep our classes small (usually 3-5 dogs) to ensure everyone gets personal attention.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations for one-to-ones. Missed group classes are non-refundable because the sessions cannot be resold. However, for missed sessions, we will provide guidance on exercises for you to complete at home.
How long do courses run?
Our group classes run in rolling 4-week blocks. You can join us for 4 weeks (Level 1), 8 weeks (Level 2), 12-weeks (Level 3) depending on how far you want to progress with you skills. You can also take breaks and come back to training when it suits you.
What training methods do you use?
We are strictly force-free meaning we never use prong collars, shock collars, slip leads, halti harnesses or any aversive tools. Everything is based on showing your dog what to do, positive reinforcement, building trust and a happy bond between you and your dog.
What should I bring to class?
Bring your dog on a flat collar or harness and a standard lead (no extendable leads, please). Most importantly, bring lots of high-value treats, water and your dog's favorite toy!
